First.- That your personal data will be incorporated into the video surveillance database owned by SANT JORDI ALBERGS, SL. with CIF nº B-65766180, which complies with all the security measures required to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, security, and recovery of information. You have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are treating your personal data, therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, you will have the right to limit the processing and portability of your information, where appropriate, in accordance with articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, all this by writing to our access address in Carrer Diputació 322 3rd 2nd, 08009 of Barcelona, Spain as well as via email data .gdpr @ santjordi.org
Second.- That your data will be treated for the sole purpose of security through a video surveillance system, and may be assigned by the public agencies or Security Forces and Bodies that require them, as well as the company that installs and maintains the video surveillance system (which according to the accommodation of Sant Jordi Hostels where it is located may be TECHCO SEGURIDAD, SL., provided with CIF nº B82929951 and with registered office at Calle Barbadillo, 7, 28042 Madrid, or ELECTRONICA RODON, SL, provided of CIF nº B58892092 and with registered office at Travessera de Gràcia 328, Bx 2ª 08025 Barcelona), with the sole purpose of fulfilling the aforementioned purpose, who will be responsible for the confidentiality of the data as the processors, and with whom the Responsible of the Treatment has signed the appropriate contract. As provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, This company has offered guarantees of compliance with the obligations of the regulation by making available to the person responsible for processing all the information necessary to demonstrate said compliance and allowing the performance of control audits.
Third.- That your data will be kept in the video surveillance systems, only, for 30 days, unless the images must be blocked and taken out of the usual treatment circuit, because they are subject to police or judicial investigation or by the affected person’s claim.

SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. obtains personal data through our Newsletter sign up form on our website, the contact form of persons who submit a job application or request information for groups, as well as through registering on the website, by storing the information provided to book accommodation in our Hostels.
Pursuant to the regulations in force on data protection, specifically, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the personal data provided to SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. through this website will become part of its information systems, which comply with the security measures required in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, security, and recovery of the information.
The purposes for which these data are collected will always be related to our accommodation; therefore, your data will be processed by our staff in order to reply to queries and to occasionally inform you about news, offers, and promotions that may be of interest to you.
If you have provided us with information for the purpose of taking part in a recruitment process, your data will only be processed for this purpose and the information will be deleted one year after it is received.
The Legal Basis for this processing is the User’s consent, which he/she has provided by accepting such processing in each of the data collection sections.
Regular information will be sent to you via our periodic newsletter if you have consented thereto.

When you visit our facilities, in the accommodation you booked, SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. will also store the images taken within the buildings in its systems, by virtue of the CCTV system installed in order to monitor access and security in the facilities, and the persons. These images will only be disclosed to the courts and/or state law enforcement forces and agencies, when so required, to other public bodies protected by regulation and to the companies with which the CCTV system maintenance is contracted, with which the relevant processing assignment agreements have been signed.
You are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, you, therefore, have the right to access your personal data (Right of Access), to rectify inaccurate data (Right to Rectification), or to request the erasure (Right to Erasure) of data when they are no longer required. To protect USERS’ privacy, submitting any information through our forms related to their ideology, religion, beliefs, race, health, and sex life is prohibited.
You are also hereby informed that, under no circumstances, shall individualized automated decision-making processes or profiling be carried out.
This Legal Disclaimer is governed by Spanish law. Therefore, the USERS agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, even within Spanish territory.
