Great location, close to metro and walking distance from bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. This was my first time in a hostel and I found it clean, safe and easy to meet people. I was travelling solo and made friends on the nights out the hostel host.
Awesome hostel. Me and my girlfriend stayed in a private room, and the place was like a complete apartment. Very well equiped with all furniture and diishes, as well as a good bathroom and living room. The hostel also has a very nice and helpful staff, specially if you are a Brazilian in Europe xD
4 bedroom with own living room and bathroom is really great – staff are awesome and there are pub crawls every night. Lots of spacious common areas, cheap dinners every night and amazing facilities: laundry, internet cafe etc.
Needed a cheap night in Barcelona, before a flight the next morning. I had a private room in an apartment that was spacious and clean. Shower and toilet were clean (although no loo roll). Directions to the hostel from Metro line were excellent.
I can’t say enough great things about Sant Jordi Alberg. Such amazing staff! (Renato, Pedro, Emy, Alan, Norberto & everyone else I didn’t mention) The staff is friendly, welcoming & always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have an amazing time. Hostel vibes are on point. They offer dinner every night (free on sundays) & after dinner you have the option to go out with the staff & hostel mates. 1 bar to start off the night then end at a club to «dance until dawn». Book now & get going!
Really loved this place and the staff. One of the only cities I went on a pub crawl with and it was well worth it… plus it was free. The rooms are great and the entire hostel is just a great place to unwind and relax between trips/nights out. Really loved Barcelona and this hostel is one of the reasons for it.
Staying at Sant Jordi was the best decision I made when I planned my visit to Barcelona. It was tough to leave, and I considered extending my stay (again). Long live the Barefoot Sardines!!! Much love to the entire crew. See you again.
Probably the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Showers are nice and hot with good pressure. All of the staff was great, but special thanks to Wagner and Frida for making me feel so welcome.
Best place in Europe!! Never felt so welcome anywhere before. In you go to barcelona, pick them!
As a female solo traveller, I always felt safe in this hostel. Both the staff and the other guests were extremely welcoming. They join every day with the other Sant Jordi hostels in the area, it’s a high energy place. The L3 line is super close and convenient which takes you to most tourist sites in Barcelona. Great place, I booked Sant Jordi again for my trip to Lisbon!!
