Conditions – Hostel Sant Jordi Gracia
Cancellation Policy: cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be received by us at least 48 hours before the arrival time (check your reservation for the arrival time).
Booking Policy: We are a relaxed, good-vibes atmosphere hostel. We would like to state clearly that for people who are looking for a party hostel our hostel is probably not the right choice. If you are looking for a party hostel environment check out our Sant Jordi Alberg hostel. Considering that we are still a youth hostel, we recommend our Apartments Sant Jordi Sagrada Famlia for families, children under the age of 16 or adults over the age of 50 or for people who prefer a little more privacy and independence but still want the choice to enjoy a sociable environment and participate in fun night activities. And, for group accommodations we recommend our Sant Jordi Hostel Sagrada Familia.

Reception is open 24 hours
Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 pm)
Check-Out Information:
Check-out is at 11:30 a.m. If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to utilize the common areas of our hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Please note: if you would like to change your arrival time, please send us an e-mail or call us directly. It is important that we are kept aware of any changes to your reservation.
