Conditions – Hostel Sant Jordi Alberg
Cancellation Policy: cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be received by us at least 48 hours before the arrival time (check your reservation for the arrival time).
Booking Policy: Being a party, youth hostel & due to some previous misunderstandings we would like to provide a few recommendations: For a mellower, but still traditional youth hostel atmosphere we recommend our Sant Jordi Mambo Tango hostel. For families, children under the age of 16 or adults over the age of 50 or for people who prefer a little more privacy and independence but still want the choice to enjoy a sociable environment and participate in fun night activities, we recommend our Apartments Sant Jordi Sagrada Famlia. For group accommodations in a traditional hostel environment, we recommend our Sant Jordi Hostel Sagrada Familia. We will of course receive you happily here. We just want to state clearly that it might not be suitable for your particular needs.
Check-In Information:
Reception is open 24 hours
Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 pm)
Check-Out Information:
Check-out is at 11:30 a.m. If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to utilize the common areas of our hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Please Note: If you are changing your arrival time, please e-mail or call us directly. It is important that we are kept aware of any changes to your reservation. Note that the booking system uses the 24-hour clock.
