Conditions – Hostel Sant Jordi Diagonal
Cancellation Policy: cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be received by us at least 48 hours before the arrival time (check your reservation for the arrival time).
Booking Policy: Being a party, youth hostel & due to some previous misunderstandings we would like to provide a few recommendations: For a mellower, but still traditional youth hostel atmosphere we recommend our Sant Jordi Mambo Tango hostel. For families, children under the age of 16 or adults over the age of 50 or for people who prefer a little more privacy and independence but still want the choice to join a fun, sociable hostel scene, we recommend our Apartments Sant Jordi Sagrada Famlia. For group accommodations in a traditional hostel environment, we recommend our Sant Jordi Hostel Sagrada Familia. We will of course receive you happily here. We just want to state clearly that it might not be suitable for your particular needs.
Check-In Information:
Reception is open 8:30 am – 12:00 am
Check-in is from 1:00 pm (13:00)
Check-Out Information:
Check-out is at 11:30 a.m. If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to utilize the common areas of our hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Please note: if your arrival time is outside of the reception hours or you would like to change your arrival time, please send us an e-mail or call us directly. It is important that we are kept aware of any changes to your reservation. Please double check your reservation and your arrival time. We are happy to organize a way for you to check in outside of the reception hours; however, it remains the customer’s responsibility to contact us to request this service. Please note that the booking system uses the 24-hour clock.
