Conditions – Apartments Sant Jordi Sagrada Familia
Cancellation Policy: cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be received by us at least 48 hours before the arrival time (check your reservation for the arrival time).
Booking Policy: Our hostel was designed to provide a semi-private and independent apartment atmosphere for guests who want a break from the crazy overcrowded dorms of traditional hostels but still want the choice to enjoy a sociable environment and participate in fun night activities, or for groups or families who want to rent an entire apartment and have total privacy. If you are looking for a party hostel environment, check out our Hostel Sant Jordi Alberg, Hostel Sant Jordi Arago or Hostel Sant Jordi Diagonal. For a mellower, but still traditional hostel environment we recommend our Sant Jordi Mambo Tango hostel or our Hostel Sant Jordi Sagrada Familia. We will of course receive you here happily. We just want to make clear that there may be something more suitable to your particular needs.
Check-In Information:
Reception is 8:00 am – 2:00 am
Check-in is from 1:00 pm (13:00)
Check-Out Information:
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to utilize the common areas of our hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Please note: if your arrival time is outside of the reception hours or you would like to change your arrival time, please send us an e-mail or call us directly. It is important that we are kept aware of any changes to your reservation. Please double check your reservation and your arrival time. We are happy to organize a way for you to check in outside of the reception hours; however, it remains the customer’s responsibility to contact us to request this service. Please note that the booking system uses the 24-hour clock.
